Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Tykvah order. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Cancellation Period Under French law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to let us know if you want to return one or more items, without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions To be accepted, the returned item must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached

How to Make a Return

1. Contact us at tykvah.0403@gmail.com, including your order number and the item concerned
2. We will confirm the procedure and the return address
3. Once the item is received and checked, we will process the refund

Return Costs Except in the case of a defective item or our error, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund  
We'll refund your purchase to the payment method you used, within 14 days max after we receive and check the returned item.  

Defective Items If you get a defective item or something that doesn’t match your order, reach out to us right away at tykvah.0403@gmail.com and we’ll take care of the return and either swap it or give you a full refund, shipping included.
